Late Evening Calls

Does anyone else get annoyed when vendors call late @ night. Fh and I both get up early to go to work and usually are in bed by 9:30.

Last night a band (i do not even remember the name) called @ 9:30 to discuss our wedding. I told him it was not a good time and he kept going on about his band. Again I said it was not a good time to talk. He then asked if calling tomorrow @ the same time would be better. Ad'v when we are ready to look for entertainment I would call him. About 5 minutes later the phone rings again. I answered and the guy said..'oh i just called you didn't I' and hung up..

Is there a certain time they can call till?

I didn't think solicitors were allowed to call after 9pm but I got a call from a vendor at 9:30pm last night too!

There is a certain vendor that calls me EVERY WEEK! I keep telling them that I already booked my DJ but they keep calling and calling! HOW ANNOYING

I gave all of the vendors my cell phone # instead of the house. This way I can turn my phone off and screen my calls also so I don't have to pick up if I dont' know who it is. If it's important enough they'll leave a message!

I have gotten calls from one band company FOR MORE THAN A YEAR NOW - they call and leave a message for ME then CALL immediately BACK and leave a message for FH!!!!!! I always use my caller id - but I have told them I have had my band booked since 12/02 but they still continued to call to invite us to showcases - They have even called AFTER 10pm
