Late July/Early August Girls

What are you currently working on??

I feel like I am working on items that should have been done MONTHS ago.


Right now I'm trying to:

-find shoes
-go to my first fitting
-menu appointment
-wrap BM and MOH gifts
-schedule engagement photos (and figure out outfit)
-look for a day-after wedding dress
-think about veil
-think about hair and makeup and schedule trials
-cardbox
-music choices
-tux fitting for men
-wedding bands for both of us
-find gifts for GM and BM
-sign up for dance lessons


I'm SLOWLY trying to do all of this now... and on my knot.com checklist it claims this should have been done so much earlier... I'm not even up to the tasks they think I should be working on now.

I don't have that much left to do, just a bunch of little things...

- hair trial
- dance lessons (gift from our bridesmaid whose family owns a dance studio)
- make photo montage for reception (we just decided today we're doing this and that we want to make it ourselves)
- wrap BM's/MOH gifts
- get flasks for GM's and BM engraved, wrap rest of their gifts
- second fitting July 15th
- go with my girls to get their fittings late June/early July
- make programs
- make petal cones for outside church
- make OOT baskets for hotel
- final meetings with vendors/pay vendors
- figure out if we're using a card box and get/make one
- figure out logistics of the day and day after
- make must play/don't play lists for DJ
- come up with $9492284 to pay for this wedding

* I keep editing because I keep thinking of more little stupid things I need to do

Do I count as late July?

Right now I am working on:

Table #'s (well I have to START working on them)
Wording for the sand ceremony
figuring out how to print up the escort cards
Ordering cookie favors (this weekend)
FH still needs a shirt (yeah we're winners)
Setting up final meetings
Trying to stay sane
