Ah Stephanie, then we will have to fill you in.
It started a few months ago with a few of us late owls, and Leslie started talking about cheese, and of course who doesn't love cheese!! Thus began the 'Late Night Cheese Crew'.
But really, we're just a bunch of crazy funny women talking crap!!
I had no idea what the heck this thread was about! I loooove cheese! But on the stupid diet I am on I can't have any unless it is low fat. Low Fat Brie?!? Ick!

Leslie, I am part puerto rican, part russian, part polish and part italian.
That being said, I love a lot of different kinds of cheese!!!
For sandwiches, give me muenster or provolone.
For snacking give me gouda or those mini bon bels and mini baby bels
For entrees, give me fresh mozzarella or parmesan. Ricotta is also in there sometimes!!

I hate swiss but I shall lead you into dairy heaven with my crown and all of my 'support'.
Cheese is a solid food made from the curdled milk of cows, goats, sheep, or other mammals. The milk is curdled using some combination of rennet (or rennet substitutes) and acidification. Bacteria acidify the milk and play a role in defining the texture and flavor of most cheeses. Some cheeses also feature molds, either on the outer rind or throughout.
