Late night food

Hey Ladies!

My wedding ends very late. Like 1:30AM late (We love to partay!!)

Anywayz, I been tossing around the idea of some late night snack foods.

I thought about the truck which we would be able to maybe squeeze out the funds for or maybe something added on at the venue which would be more budget friendly.

Do you think its over kill? You think everyone will be full already?

I need some opinions. Would you want a late night snack if you were at a wedding that late??

If it was late night we would have got the food truck but we are having a day wedding. I think it is SO neat!! So I am having it for my daughters sweet 16 since it ends at 11( I had to have it at one of them lol) I am using mobiledelights.com Steve is a pleasure to work with.

I think you should definitely do it! I saw an episode of four weddings where the wedding ended really late and they ordered pizza for everyone. It was good (& also allows people to sober up before driving home). If you could afford a late night snack I say go for it!

I say if it fits your budget, go for it! I went to a wedding in cali and they had in and out burgers after the wedding...def memorable...even if I was slightly drunk lol

Our venue offers an exit station.. NYC pretzels, cookies, and iced tea/lemonade in to-go cups. Westbury manor may offer something similar. Definitely ask your bm if you're thinking about it.. Probably more cost effective than a whole snack truck.

If it's possible, do it. If my wedding was longer I'd have done the food truck but we have so much food jam packed into the night already so I just did a food favor.

We went to a late night wedding at Flowerfields and they had an after party in another smaller room. They had passed mozzarella cheese sticks, chicken fingers, pizza, etc. All greasy finger foods and we all were so happy about it. People were definitely hungry by then.

At my first wedding the venue gave out bagels and newspapers on the way out...it was a nice touch

I think that sounds like an awesome idea, who doesn't love more food esp when your drinking and dancing around all night!

Do it! We are trying to figure out how to get zepoles at the end of the night. We might just end up doing hot pretzels :)

I definitely wanted a snack truck! When we were booked before, they were giving us chocolate dipped strawberries at the end of the night, and I felt like that was enough of a treat for everyone. Wherever we rebook, we'll probably take this into consideration.

we had bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and OJ handed out and everyone still raves about them! today someone mentioned it again lol! after hours of dancing and drinking, it was MUCH appreciated!
