Re: LATINA

What about cupcakes made in an ice cream cones? Then she just puts frosting on top with sprinkles. It looks like a cone with ice cream but they are really cup cakes. They are cute.

Barbie the Shooting Star Sodas

You've created the star of her very own Barbie Party, so make sure she gets the star treatment!

2 cups cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
2 cups raspberry sherbet
24 ounces ginger ale, chilled (3 cups)
Colored candies, if desired

1. Pour 1/4 cup of the cranberry juice cocktail into each of 8 short, wide glasses.
2. Add 1 small scoop (1/4 cup) of sherbet to each glass.
3. Fill each glass with 3 ounces of the ginger ale.
4. Sprinkle with candies.
5.Serve immediately.

Makes 8 servings

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Purchase large, ripe strawberries from your grocer.
Wash berries in cool water and gently pat them dry.
Slowly melt 6-12 oz. chocolate chips in a pan and carefully dip the berries in the chocolate halfway.
Place the dipped berries on waxed paper to cool.
Arrange them on a serving platter and refrigerate until serving time.

Princess Parfait

In a parfait cup, layer yogurt (any flavor), granola and fresh fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries work well). Top with whipped topping and serve with long-handled spoons.

Re: LATINA

Serve pink ice-cream, pink sherbet, or pink milkshakes

Pink Popcorn: Ingredients: 2 c sugar, 1 c. Light corn syrup, 2/3 c margarine, 2 packs Koolaid (pink or red), and 1 ts soda. Boil the sugar, syrup and margarine together for 3 minutes. Stir in soda and koolaid. Pour over 6 quarts of popcorn. Bake at 225 F for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and break up immediately.

Beverage: Barbie’s favorite color is pink, so why not reflect this in the beverage by serving Pink Lemonade.

Sorry for coming in on this thread but I found these cute ideas.
