Laurie from LA Blossom

I met with Laurie from LA Blossom today - floral visit #11 for those keeping count - and she is soooooooo nice!

I really love her work. I started flipping through her albums and pictures, and there wasn't 1 thing that I could honestly say I didn't like. Her BoKs are so full, and I was so impressed with the variety. I mean, in the past few weeks, I must've seen 25 black magic rose BoKs - with crystals, without. With stephanotis, without. Stephanotis WITH crystals - or pearls - or what have you - Laurie had sooo many versions, and they were nicer than all the others I've seen.

I have several more appointments this week, but I have a feeling I'll be calling Laurie back. I LOVE the aisle runners...love love LOVE them, but haven't decided if I can splurge yet.

She sent me home with some of my favorite flowers, too! There must've been a very lucky bride this past weekend, because they were such beautiful purple roses...

Anyone else meet with her?
How'd it go?

I met with 7 florists before I met with her, and was so frustrated. She was wonderful. She is so creative and so in tune to what you want. I'm so excited to be working with her.

I met with Laurie also about a week ago. I thought she was fantastic. I have only been to one other florist and have an appointment with Flower Michele tomorrow night. But Laurie was fantastic and gave me everything that I wanted all with in my small budget!! I have a feeling that I will be calling her back soon as well!!! Good luck!!!

P.S. 11 Florists!?!?!? Where do you find the time???

She was the only florist that I met with. Not only is she super sweet, but she gave me everything that I wanted within our small budget.

! I've been working late shift (1-9pm), so I make all appts for 9 or 10am.

I was with Laurie for 2 HOURS today! And we were wearing the same shirt

OMG...how do you find the time to meet with 11 florist, I think FH would kill me. I plan to look at the end of August, it good to know that you loved her work. I will def check her out.

Well I've been looking for 3 weeks, and many of those 11 florists were locals. You'd be surprised- a lot of them come out with great prices.

She is the ONLY florist I met with and booked her on the spot. She has such an imagination and I can't wait to have her put it to use!

I actually was just in a wedding that she did the flowers for and they were STUNNING!! Plus....I thought this was really nice....but she delivered them in person. Most places send a little stock boy or something... plus, morning of the wedding, Laurie added more flowers to the MOH's BoK b/c the bride wanted a little more color in that one.... She was SOOOO nice about it!!

She's the one and only florist I looked at and booked her on the spot.. .love her personality and her work... great combo.....
i was in and out of there in 15 min TOPS... i just told her colors and roses , tulips, etc she goes oh ok sure!

totally worked wiht my budget i ended up getting more flowers then i went in thinking i could afford
