any feedback- They seem really good-it's a small studio, the owner is the only photographer along with a photojournalist he works with-they don't advertise at all but get a lot of business through word of mouth and they're located right in my town(st james) I haven't seen many others though and I'm the kind of person who's usually not happy until she looks everything out there .

question for you...

I have never heard of this photographer - do you mind sharing the price quotes you received and the packages available? Thanks...

I spoke with her. They sound very nice, the only thing was that their packages start at $4,000. That was definitely too much for us to spend.

I don't have the info with me but the packages are 3-5k. The 5k package includes 2 photographers (one is a photojournalist)-10h coverage- color & b&w photos engagement session session for bride and bridesmaids web page with 250 pics Proofs-and maybe a few other thing. $5,000 goes toward album, pics that you don't have to pick to after the wedding We don't want the engagement or bridesmaid session so we'll spend less than that I like that you deal directly with the photographer-you're not just assigned someone by the studio. I was also looking for a good mix of traditional and photojournalistic pictures and I like that you can get a web page with pictures. There is a very positive review of them in the vendor review section of this board that you can read.

In fact, they are using my wedding pictures as one of their sample albums, and one of my engagement pictures is on their website! : ) (May/June 2001 photo of the month).
