I missed the last 10 minutes or so of last nights eposide. Who killed the girl and why?

Why though? Did she givie it to him? Who kiled the doctor? Was it her father?

The girls friend killed the doctor bc he wouldnt give her the tape of the girl, her friend in a threesome with the doctor.

I dont really remember why the porn guy killed the girl, something like because she had HIV and was going to tell everyone and he would have to shut down the studio
