What is the longest a doctors office can bill for and still collect??? ( for a person who is deceased). Thank u so much in advance for answering my question.

I am not a lawyer, however if there is an estate they are entitled to be paid, and they can send it until they are or have it go into collections. If there is no estate a death certificate would need to be sent for their records, Once you have sent the information (DC) they can't contact or collect.
