LBI

Has anyone ever gone?
We leave tomorrow for a week but have never been there--don't know much about the area at all and we are going with 2 other couples who have never been either
Figured I would give it a try and see if any of you ladies have spent any time there

Geez-- I must be living in NJ too long!!!

Some friends and I rented a house there many (many many) years ago.

We had a good time - it was calmer then seaside heights, but a little more relaxed then the hamptons. There were a few restaurants and bars on the island which were good or fun. The road to LBI has a lot of big stores & chain restuarants.
