Well...we've decided to put the wedding off for another year. Unfortunately, financially we just won't be able to do it next year. I'm dissapointed, but I guess it's for the best. So, I'm off to the 08 boards!

You can still hang here on the 07 boards too chica!!!! I'm sorry that you had to change your date but I am sure its in your best interest if you want the wedding of your dreams.. don't worry MANY of us are having a 2 year or more engagement.. it goes by quicker then you think!!!!!!

FH and I considered bumping our date too but our hall gave us too difficult a time to change the date.. so, unfortunately, we have to work a little harder to make it happen..

Goodluck! I am sure that it will all work out and time does fly by! YOu are always welcome on the 2007 boards!
I tried bumping my date to October 07 but the place gave me too hard a time. I say- good for you! This way you can budget and you will be stress free when it comes to the financial aspect of it.
And you ALWAYS have a spot on the 07 boards with the 07 broads!

Don't feel so bad you are making the right decission for you guys. Saving for a wedding is hard and it's expensive so what's one more year...I'm starting to considering bumping up our date too. It's been hard lately and I'm not sure we are going to pull it off. DOn't be a stranger and still come chat with us...good luck!!!
