Very productive day!!!
We got the license no problem...except that FH didn't know his own mother's name. I had to correct him, which was pretty embarassing. She goes by her name on a day to day basis, but her legal name ends in -ina and he thought that was just her nickname haha.
Then we went to BBB and dropped almost $200 on nothing! Teapot, slotted spoon, can opener, jar opener, cutlery tray, 4 standard pillows, fuzzy leopard print throw for my multi color couch (great success!), laundry basket, and ironing board...PLEASE tell me how that is that much. And we had a ridiculous amount of coupons, we saved $68 from what it should have been

Not even remotely close to getting all we need bare bones to set up house either, still need sheets, dish rack, shower curtain, etc. UGH. Also found out in the process, and once again, my fault for having it on there, but someone bought us the boxed set of service for 8 in Mikasa parchment, I guess as a wedding gift. We put that on after we returned the Lenox china from the shower and took it off the registry, figuring it was a much more moderately priced set, looked similar, and we'd be able to use the completion coupon on it after the wedding if we decided we wanted more formal dinnerware...never assuming that anyone was going to buy off the registry anymore but us! Ugh. We really cant complain, it's a nice gift, but we still need so many other things that are more necessary than that at this point, so might return. Someone looooooooooves getting us china!
Then we went to pay off the PR trip, and for once FH's waiting game strategy worked out for us! We originally booked the package without the breakfast, because the package was like $400 more, and included breakfast for each morning and a $100 credit per day to use for dining, spa, activities...was pretty much face value, and we didn't want to be locked in to having to spend $100 in food at the hotel restaurant every night in case we wanted to go in to town. Well, we asked earlier in the week if she could check in to it again because we decided maybe worth it afterall, and I guess cuz got closer to the date the price dropped to only $158 more to add that package! So no brainer, of course. Now we get breakfast every day and $100 to do with what we please every day for way less than face value....awesome!
Window shopped at Raymour, again...will probably get that bed set, but FH is still going flipping nuts inspecting the drawers and stuff. Found a recliner we really liked, for only $1350, of course.

I guess we don't NEED pebbled leather, but it was so comfortable and smelled nice haha. Maybe we'll skimp on the tv console haha.
And after all that money bleeding, I still managed to weasle a dinner! John Harvard's has pumpkin spice beer on tap now, and it is sooooooooooooooooooo good.
