Would love to hear more info on this location. Do you have use of the restrooms, what to do in case of rain, town ordiances in re: to sound (is entertainment/music allowed)? Any addtional advice would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a gorgeous location and can`t beat the $1000 rent fee.
