Ok ladies so my FH shows this to me today. Its an animation of a girl spinning on one foot. If you see her spinning clockwise you use one side of your brain, if you see her spinning counterclockwise your use the other side. I look at it and Im like 'Gavin is this a trick? I see her spinning clockwise.' As those words came out of my mouth the girl spins in the other direction in my mind. He only sees it spinning clockwise. I am now yelling at him its going in the other direction. It says you can see it on way or the other or BOTH. he can only see it ONE WAY!! I guess I am a BRAIN GENIUS!! Check it out...
I saw her going counter clockwise for a few seconds and then it switched to clockwise.

Re: Left brained or Right brained test...WHOA
the only trick happening here is the trick our eyes are playing on us. she doesn't change directions, it's an optical illusion.
i found this in an article about this illusion:
'It is unclear exactly how this illusion works, but it probably has something to do with the brain's representation of an ambiguous object. The silhouette is two-dimensional, but because almost all the objects we encounter are three-dimensional, the visual system reconstructs it as such. And the silhouette is not actually spinning - that is one of the assumptions made by the visual system. So, we perceive it as spinning in one direction one minute, and in the other the next.'

LADIES LADIES LADIES!!! this is not a trick she does not INTENTIONALLY change directions, in changes in your head/eyes/ Two people can look at the screen and see tow completley different things. AND my FH still cannot see it going counterclockwise and he has been looking at it everyday for a week and still cannot see it in the other direction!
