Left three emails in two weeks
for the Hair Genie and she hasn't returned any emails. Is she usually like this?????

Yup, same thing happened to me. She got to me a good month after I first contacted her, which is why I decided not to even have a trial w her.

it took her a while to get back to me the first time i contacted her too. i wound up going with someone else, but i've heard she does amazing work
