Leg Cramps - Muscle Cramps

Someone at work told me about putting your foot on a cold floor, I will be able to do that easily in my apartment because the bathroom is right next door, but as soon as we move into the house, I will have a problem, because our bedroom is upstairs and our bathroom is downstairs
