The way I am treated by my supervisor.

I'm sick everyday...Maybe a different type of person would not get herself so worked up---but I can't help it!
I cry every morning out of fear of having to deal with this woman.

I'm supposed to meet with her supervisor, but I'm not sure how much I should let my emotions shine through...

Thats how my last job was. My boss treated me so horrendously that I would come home and cry every night. He was a horrible person, and he got me fired just because I wouldn't take his crap. How he still has his job I don't know. I think he has dirt on the owner.
I hate my current job, but it doesn't make me cry. Just makes me want to strangle someone.

good luck with the supervisor.

Cant really sue your co for making you depressed - unless they were discriminating against you and that is what is causing the depression.
Depression is a disability under the ADA. If you are diagnosed for depression and you tell your co & ask for accomodations (ie - not to have to work for that supervisor anymore) and you feel you are being discriminated against - then you might have a cause of action. But a MD has to diagnose and your co needs to know about it before they can be said to have discriminated against you.
If you just cant take right now - you can take upaid leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (as long as you have worked there for a year). If they refuse to give you leave or retaliate against you for seeking leave - then you also have a cause of action.
Other than that - you cant just sue an employer for emotional distress, etc.
