I went there once in a desperate attept to get a blow out - OMG - I left there with hair that made me duck under doorways. I went to one in Bayside & I left looking like a Gwenith Paltro in View from the Top.

Let me say that this was 2 years ago & I think you need to check out the locaton. Maybe they can recomend someone who's style fits yours!

I went to the one in Bayside once too!!! (for a haircut) And I hid in the store til my mom came to pick me up. I did not look good!!! I would suggest another location!

LOL. That is where I force my fiance to go for a haircut. And I am sending him there this weekend. His hair is growing into a mullet, its ridiculous. He HATES getting haircuts. It's cheap there, but as a girl, I wouldn't go there.

I can't believe that place is still in business! I got my haircut at the Bayside location in 1983!!!! and cried for two weeks. It was the worst haircut ever!!!!

It must just be that location or sometinhg. I have seen many ladies looking great when leaving...oh wait ... that's supercuts. Um..nevermind.

I've gone there for my junior banquet and senior prom....they were wonderful. I guess it depends on who the hairstylist is.

Karen I used the one in East Meadow once for an updo (I was in a pinch) and I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the girl did a fantastic job....don't let the lemon tree stereotype scare you!

i guess thats what trials are for...i'll give them a shot because they are very close to my parents house, and if i dont like it i wont use them!

I went to the one in Bethpage 4 times--3 for an updo and once for a blowout. The lady did a fantastic job each time (I think her name is Diane). Every location is different.
