lenox china at fortunoff's

W got four place settings of my china (Lenox Platinum Solitaire....I love it!) and some accessories, including soup bowls...for our Engagement. Now Fortunoff has a bonus buy the place setting and you get the soup bowl for free. Perosn who gave us the gift had paid for the bowls, called Fortunoff today and they said bring in the receipt and it will be adjusted. That's over $130

Maybe this message will help someone else get some money back...or extra pieces!

That is terrific. Fortunoffs has really terrific customer service. I had some issues with a few pieces of my china and they exchanged it no questions asked, didn't even care to look at the receipt either.
