Are now 158.00 a place setting AT MACY'S!! I am sure its the same at Fortunoff...just happened by the display today while at Macy's!!

I would complain to Macy's and explain to them that at two other stores you saw it for $99. then tell them you are going to take your entire registry over to those stores and see what they say. Make sure you talk to a manager though.
I cross registered my crystal for this exact reason. I double reigstered it at Macy's and Fortunoff's incase one was running a sale.

It seems to me that they jack up prices and lower them with great frequency. Make a simple phone call and find out to ease your mind.

That happened to me with Lenox Hannah Platnum. When I registered it was $90 now it is $130!!! I emailed them.. I am still waiting for a response. Even Lenox.com has it cheaper. I think I am going to email them again.

I've heard a couple weeks ago - and the stores had a computer glitch and all the prices went higher. Maybe its another computer glitch -- give them a call and see what they say

i was at fortunoff's yesterday and all the lenox prices were still in the 80-99 range. I was told by fortunoffs that the sterling silver is going up after 2/28. My grandma bought me all of mine so that the price would be lower.
Also, just checked our Macy's registry and the luggage is TWICE the price we registered for.

Last week it was 99.95 on my Bloomingdales registry, this week it's 109.95, I hate how prices go up and down depending on the week!

Macy's always has them for more money.. When they have a sale they'll drop them down to $99. Meanwhile every other store has them for the sale price of $99
