I wanted to share with you that since I had my wedding on Hurricane Irene, they were flexible about changing the time of the wedding. However, I had 158 guests in the list, and because of the hurricane, only 70 showed up. I talked to the banquet manager to decrease the number of 158. However, they did not work with me at all in that sense. I had to pay all the money even when guests did not show up. So, please get wedding insurance if you are dealing with Leonards. Because they do not reimburse anything. It's a shame because they did do a great job the day of, and they did make my day very special.

Wow! sorry to hear that. You'd think they would take the circumstance into consideration. Good advice in the insurance. It sucks that you had to pay all that money for no shows. But i am happy to hear that you had a beautiful day!

That is horrible... I am so sorry! You would think that under the circumstances they would have done something in good faith. DISGUSTING!!

i agree, I mean i get that they were all set up for XX amount of people but come on.... if your reputation is based upon word of mouth and doing right by your customers, and considering we havent had a hurricane in FOREVER on long island, they should have worked w you... at least say ok you pay for 100 people, etc and we will give you the extra food to take home.... or something!
