We had our reception there last April. If you do a search on Leonard's you can find some of my postings - we were very happy with the whole day. The music source you mention was not one of the recommendations they gave us. It did seem like there was some turnover. They recommended one option for flowers when we first booked, and a few months later all the sudden that option was gone and they had another great source. Made me kind of nervous about going with them for flowers, since I wondered who would actually be there the day of our wedding! We used Murphy and Company in Bayside and could not have been happier.
