Leonards Banquet Manager

Ugh.. so i called Leonards today, and they said the banquet manager that I have always talked with, and booked my reception with, is now on a leave of absence.......... ahhhhhh

I'm going to start panicking now!!

Dont panic, did they tell you when he would be back or if he was even coming back?

If he isnt coming back tell them you want a meeting with your new BM to go over your ideas and thoughts on the day
