OK...You don't need anything for the meeting but have your ideas ready. Also please read my review because Ian got me sooooooo excited about our wedding, but when the day arrived, I was disappointed. Not disappointed enough to spoil my day, but I have not had the opportunity to contact them about my peeves. To begin, I saw 2 other brides that day, and that really spoiled it for me. I know it's a busy place, but there was really no communication between the staff, which was something that could've been avoided. The ice sculpture we had wasn't really what was described to us, we were supposed to have our names in it and it was supposed to rotate, had neither one of those things. We were given another room for cocktails rather than the room we were told. The bartender was a bit overwhelmed, even with wine bottles on the tables, there was just too much for him to do at once. If you're worried about the food....I must admit, I was more than pleased! The food was just divine! I had no complaints from anyone about the food. Also, we opted to pay extra for another cake, we didn't like the free cake...It was worth the extra expense. Cake was moist and delicious. The place was beautiful as always, and the staff was willing to help, despite their mixups. The bridal attendant, Crystal, was MORE than helpful...she was excellent, the Maitre'd, on the other hand was average. She didn't meet my expectations. Everyone is different, but if there are some questions you have about my wedding, that you can clarify, then maybe that will help. Good luck!
