Leonards Last Minute Details

I am going to Leonards to meet and take care of some last minute details like:

1. Get Direction Cards
2. Decide on Menu
3. Decide on Cake
4. Understand if they have Table Numbers.
5. Understand how the placecard table will be set up.
6. Where does the CardBox go? The guest book? Candles?
7. When is the earliest we can get there.


Is there anything else I need to cover that I am missing?

Please help! Everytime I leave them, I remember 30 other things I should of asked! I want this to be one of the last things!

I didn't send out my invitations yet.
And, we didn't order them from the invitation place - if that is what you are asking. I figured since I can get them for free, why not!

We did the set up stuff, like card box etc at our final, final meeting, the week before the wedding.

I think at the 'menu meeting', we did the menu, the cake, and they give you an appointment to have your final meeting, the week before.

I can't remember anything else specific about that meeting. We did go over every menu item, and sometimes I felt like they were trying to get us to add more.

Can they saperate the tables? I would like placecards on one table and the CardBox/guest book on the other. Can they do that? Do you know?

Our card box was on our dias(? I'm not sure if thats the right word, table for the 2 of us in the reception room)

The placecards were on a table in the CH room as soon as you walk in on the left.

I didn't have a guest book, so not sure about that. But I would ask them about putting it in the CH room, b/c depending on how many people you have it might get in the way. Maybe you would be better off have the guest book near your card box. HTH
