We added a bunch of things like ultra premium liquor, raw bar with lobster, oysters, clam and shrimp we added hot seafood and I am drawing a blank on the rest of the extras for CH. We are having bottles on all of the tables of red and white wine and Pellegrino. We are doing an escarole and porcini risotto (i think that's what it is) instead of broccoli and potato. We upped the amount of entrees offered I think it's 7. We are also having a VH. I've heard about the daiquiri thing also but I don't think I want it. I would like to speak to them about having a signature cocktail instead. Have you girls gona to a tasting? Every time they have one I am busy. They are on the worst days.

O wow you upped alot of stuff..i only upped my entree to include the pork chop ....i haven't tried their food at a tasting but i went to my cousins wedding last July and it was delicious and they had soooo much food it was insane. Is the signature cocktail included with everything or do you have to pay extra for it?

The tasting was just of the CH hour food, but it really was very good. My Dad who is ultra picky even liked it.

I wish they would have a tasting of the entrees also i guess though since you are not able to not choose a certain entree if you dont want it they dont offer a tasting for them.

I;m not sure if the signature cocktail is included. I'm thinking maybe we can put up a sign at the bar saying that we recoomned a certain drink and call it our signature cocktail and have it be a blue drink since our color is blue. I am thinking if they pass the drink then it would be extra.

That sounds really cool im sure they offer that free of charge, because alot of other rh's offer a sig drink free of charge.

so far only thing we have added is the full Vienesse hour

but i wont be adding anything to the cocktail hour, i feel like theres enough food and i dont want to add any more $$ to food lol

but i will be upgrading to the premium liqor, and the wine on each table for sure!

Thats cool i like the viennese hour but alot of my guests aren't huge dessert fans, im the only one lol...so ill use the dough for that for something else ...i like that they offer patron for the liquor

Im also in the continental room. I originally booked the holiday room, but then once i saw the continental room i fell in love. We added the raw seafood bar and the parisian desserts. !!!

Is the holiday room where usually the cocktail hour is? I'm not sure, but that room is really nice also.Ooo the desserts sound delish!!
