LESS THAN 4 MONTHS TO GO AND I HAVE NO DRESS I NEED HELP!!

I had my dress custom made and although she did a phenominal job when I put the dress on it wasn't me. Where do I go from here?

Go shopping as soon as you can...do you know what type/style dress you now want?

Go to Davids Bridal, Macy's or anywhere else that you might be able to buy of the rack.

I know someone who a month before the wedding she changed her mind & got a dress!

You can buy wedding gowns off the rack at macys?

I'm not 100% possitive about that. I was thinking of where I heard some ladies say where they got thier's.

Someone on here yesterday said that La Couture Boutique in Cold Spring Harbor is changing owners and getting rid of thier stock with at 75% off sale!!
I would assume that means you'd be getting thier samples but it's a very nice store with more expensive gowns.
It's on Main St.

Talk to some salons - when I was at priscilla of boston the first time - there was a girl who was there getting fitted - she got her dress in 6 weeks when another salon apparently messed up ordering her dress and she was very happy

There's a store called The Bridal Garden in Manhattan that sells once-worn designer gowns at big big discounts (you can get a Vera Wang there for a fraction of the price, or so I've heard). Also try Michael's Consignment in NY.

There is also a web service called nysales.com that will email you lists of ongoing sales, including a lot of bridal sample sales.
