less than two months to go but so stressed out

There's less than two months to go before our wedding and I'm so super stressed. So many things are pissing me off lately.
First, our RSVP deadline is two weeks from today and less than half the people have responded. WHY?! we sent them a postage stamped envelope!! We have a minimum to meet and we're only half way there! Second, my fiance's family are nothing but drama. they b*t*c* about how they felt ignored at my bridal shower and wanted me to cater to them. um hello it was MY bridal party. plus, they have contributed NOTHING to our wedding. they have not offered to help me at all..never even call to see how the wedding plans are going. i refuse to talk to them until i get an apology at least for my mother, who they ranted to and cursed at, even though she has nothing to do with it.
Third, my fiance is getting on my nerves. I dont know if it's just the stress of this wedding, but everything he does is annoying lately. Today, he put the carrots in the freezer! that set me off!
I dont know what to do. i feel like every day it all just gets worse. my first dress fitting was saturday and it went great, but i just dont know if ill even see my wedding date! that sounds awful, but its just the way i'm feeling lately.

Ohhhh I just have to tell you ..that you are NOT alone in feeling all these emotions. I'm feeling them too, and we are getting married the same weekend. Every little thing is bothering me! I'm trying so hard to let things slide... the only thing that helps me calm my nerves is thinking about my honeymoon

I DO NOT GET or will never understand the RSVP thing. I was never like that, and I am in awe of people that don't send in RSVPs. I'm totally with you on this! We only received half as well. It's rude and uncalled for.

Hang in there, it will all work out and you will have an amazing day in the end!! ...and hey, your dress fitting went well...that's a plus!

I've definitely felt stress this week. A lot of it. It's VENDOR stress and this shouldn't happen when you pay seriously good money!!!
Today I'm going to make a conscious effort to be less upset, hoping things will get better, and am trying to calm down about it.
Hope you feel the same!

I feel the same way...everything is stressing me out. I feel like I have no help whatsoever with the wedding planning, I am stressing out about money, I am also stressing out about what my FH and I plan to do after the wedding as far as moving, and he is also getting on my last nerve too LOL. My bridesmaids are also getting on my nerves too because they all don't want to get their makeup done and don't have the money to help contribute to my shower when my sister-in-law is planning/paying for everything!

Ughhhh, I really wish we would've eloped or had a destination wedding.

I know everything will fall into place and it's just stress from the wedding. Hang in there and I hope you feel better.

I agree that it is the stress of everything that is making you feel this way. I felt the same way with my 1st wedding and am now feeling it for this one with 4 months to go! You need to take a day off of wedding prep and relax. Everything and everyone will get on your nerves. I'm sorry I have to admit that the carrots in the freezer made me laugh! It's funny but in times of stress these little things will set you off. Good luck! It will all be worth it!

Thanks ladies! i appreciate all ur comments :). I think yesterday was just a bad day. i'm trying to just keep the end goal in mind. 52 days!! and an amazing honeymoon! maybe i should do yoga? just breathe..

Yoga is a great idea! I went for a massage last week and it helped tremendously!!!

Did anyone ever see the episode of four wedding where the people who showed up without RSVPing had to sit outside Not a bad idea. I had this happen to me at my baby shower and i promised myself i would not let it upset me again. You dont RSVP then you are not welcome....

the idea of sticking those people outside! haha
