Lessings Catering

How is the food with Lessings? They seem to have the market cornered on weddings in Suffolk County. I haven't been to a wedding with them as caterer. Thoughts? Opinions? I'd love to hear them.....

Nobody? Lessings caters all the mansions on the south shore....Bourne, Vanderbilt ,Coindre Hall, Timber Point Country Club....

I used to work for them. Very good food, good prices. Every place is different though, so you may need to look around

i looked into timber point but decided against it. i can't remember why now....oh yea, my cousin got married there and i wanted someplace unique.

anyway, i know timber point will arrange a food tasting if you are interested. unlike many other places, they will do it before you book if you want. talk to neal. he was very helpful

We are booked at West Sayville. I personally think the food is fantastic. I have never been to a wedding there, but have been to numerous other events. I have been to weddings at Bourne Manson, Timber Point and The Riverview. All were wonderful.

I went to both West Sayville & Smithtown Landing. Both places offered a tasting prior to booking. Not to mention they were so incredibly accommodating.

We just had out e-party at west sayville country club and the food was great... they did a great job!!!

We are getting married at West Sayville Country Club in less than 3 weeks. The food is excellent and the staff is wonderful. Any questions FM us.

We were married at the Riverview and our wedding was everything we ever dreamed! The food and service were beyond excellent! Our guests are still talking about our wedding.

We've also been to a wedding in Bourne, West Sayville, Timberpoint and Dowling (when they catered there, I don't think they do anymore). Each place was unique and put on a great wedding! You cannot lose.
