I ordered my BM dresses from there, great selection. They are under staffed. Trying to get someone is a killer, but if you make an appt. it should be ok. I have no complaints yet. Service is not all that friendly, they do great work. They are located in the Canarsie section of Bklyn. They have a website but it does not tell you anything. They carry all lines. I did not have a good experience there. I made an appt and still had to wait a long while before being helped. While I was waiting, a bride who had purchased her gown there was crying b/c her alterations were all wrong. I specifically asked the saleswoman to bring me dresses with no pleats in the skirt and no lace. I am not exaggerating when I say that they only had 2 gowns of hundreds in stock that fit this bill. They seem to have a lot of the lower priced gowns with lots of lace and poof. So if you are looking for that, this is a great place to go b/c their prices are good.

I ordered my bridemaids dresses there as did both mother of the bride and mother of the groom. They have a huge selection, but you can`t look through the racks so you kind of have to know what you want. The service is not that great and the staff is kind of rude. But they have good prices. My girls dresses came in time and so far everything is going good....

The staff is extremely rude. I know of two brides who left in tears and of 4 bridesmaids who left in tears. Be especially careful if you bring bridesmaids there who are even slightly overweight - they are downright callous.

I got my dress there and so did my mother almost thirty years ago go see Collette she is extemely nice and so is Tammy and they are reasonable and been in business many years
