I found a gorgeous dress at Lestans. I had an appointment at Lotus and spent some time there agonizing about a dress that I tried on and I wasn't sure if it was 'the one'. Well I was with my mother and best friend and my step father called to say that we should stop by his job because there is a bridal place near him, Lestans, that we should try. I walked in thinking that I was going to find nothing there but I found what could possibly be the dress. I don't know what I was thinking at the time but I didn't check the label and took the woman who helped me's word for it when she told me it was Eve of Milady and she have me some wacky model number. Well any way I left thinking I could find it somewhere else because I had heard some horrible stories about that place and wasn't comfortable getting it there. Now I can't find the dress on any website not even Eve of Milady or Amalia Carrara. My point is, should I go back right away or should I wait because I have an appointment at Bridal Reflections next week. It could possibly be there and I would feel better getting it someplace where I haven't heard bad things about. Has anyone had an awesome experience with Lestans? By the way, the wedding isn't until 3/29/08!

I went with an 06er to Lestans to try on her dress. She had a horrible experience. They couldnt have been more rude to her and the messed up her alterations.

i got my gown and 8 BMs dresses there. my sister got her gown there and her best friend got her gown there. we've all had great experiences. if you go make an appointment with terry. shes great.

My cousin got her bm's dresses there ( I was MOH) and the alterations were horrible!! I went therw to try Eve of Milady dresses ( they actually had the one I wanted) But I wouldn't do business with them, try to go back and get a pic of the dress, and bring it to Bridal reflections..

BKtoLI used Lestans and had an absolutely miserable experience. She paid for hollow-to-hem measurements that were not done, and had to have another bridal salon try to get the skirt of the dress centered - yes centered, because instead of h-t-h Lestans tried to alter it and it appeared that they removed the skirt and then sewed it back on crooked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
