would you be p-od if a co-worker got his hours changed and you had more seniority over him? welli am not mad at him but the person he brings in the morning has the same hours as me 6:30-2:30 well how would you feel if she came in at 6 am and left at 2 pm because of this other person who had there hours changed? would you be mad or am i over exaggerating?

I don't know, I wouldn't really want to get to work at 6. But people I know have had issues and changed hours slightly like that, in order to drop kids off at day care or whatever. I suppose it isn't right, but I really have no need to change my regular hours...

see i would rather work early in the morning and get out early because i would have the whole day actually half hour earlier would be nicer i would get out at 2pm.

I'd be annoyed too! I go in @ 7:30 and am supposed to leave @ 3..but do I?? Nope! Why? Because I volunteered to work til 4:30 with the 'late kids'. Sometimes its hard to watch everyone pack up and leave @ 3, but I have to say, my paycheck beats theirs!

Ok, Now I'd be mad! Who is she to make up her own hours? Can you or someone bring this to your bosses attention?
