ok ladies this is how it works! listen to bli m-f at 7am 1pm and 5pm. the fugitive will call in with a clue as to where he or she is. so you try to figure out where he/she is by the clue. you go there ask everyobne you see if they are you the bli 20,000 dollar fugitive if they are then you win the bounty of 20,000 dollars. but for a while we didnt know if it was a guy or girl. but after a while of listening to the clues we ficured out it was a male with a bald head. the 1 pm clue said that he was getting cofee with a kid. and then 5 pm clue basicly said he was at the out lets
