I am going Wednesday to talk to my priest to set a date and time. The reception hall we are close to booking is about 15 - 20 minutes away from the church and we need to get there by 12:30 to be able to take pictures there. What time should I request for the ceremony? I am thinking 10:30 but does anyone know if churches close off that time for funerals??? Becuase I think that time would be best- 10:30-11:30 for mass and 11:30-12:00 for pisutres at church then off to the reception.
Let me know your thoughts, please...

I think 10:30 is perfect. But I know that IF unfortunately there is a funeral they will postpone your ceremony. It happened to someone I know. But the funeral mass was very quick so i wouldn't sweat it. Unfortunately, you can never determine death.

Saturday will be the day. I guess if they have the same rule we can either cut out the pics at the church or rush something along but we really want to take pics at the reception place. I guess i'll find out Wed.
