I say that he got what he deserved. Personally, I feel that penalties and jail sentences should be stiffer when the victim is a minor. Say a life sentence or something without possibility for parole.

I can't believe the f'er is playing the 'unjustly accused' card because he's an immigrant and 'doesn't understand?' You could be from MARS, if you left your DNA all over the place, X marks the spot, loser! All his family is in an uproar because he was harshly sentenced - are you kidding?? If a family member of mine did that to a young girl, I would be the first on line with the shotgun to lynch his sorry a$$!! The things he did to that young girl. Thank God she had the smarts to play dead because he had NO THOUGHT of taking her life. Hope he enjoys life in Sing-Sing as Bubba's boyfriend!! He'll get a true appreciation for R A P E there....

OMG-slime bag.....and I agree, I don't understand his family arguing that the sentence was so tough....what a piece of garbage...that poor girl....I'm glad she watched him be sentence.....

omg, i hope he gets his in jail. he deserves 100 times worse than what he did to her. i hope he's tortured over and over again but not killed, so he has to live with such pain. he deserves the worst kind of punishment that any crazed psycho lunatic can think up.

If it was me doing the sentencing I would rip his balls off and feed it to him for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The death penalty would be fine also.
