I drive, its about 60-75 minutes. And I thought commuting would get easier when I moved out of NY! I do find that I like driving better than the train commute I used to have to do-at least I always get a seat. I do miss time to catch up on my reading though!

express bus into the city takes about 40 min w/o traffic... 50 on a normal day.

I take the LIRR...My commute is about an hour and 20 minutes (when the trains aren't screwed up that is).

On a good day, maybe 40 minutes, providing no idiots have fender benders or the cops aren't trying to make their quota on tickets.

On a normal day, about 1 hour and 20 mins door to door. My commutes since the snow and ice and CRAP, it's been about 1 hour and 45 mins. S*CKS!

30 minutes by parkway, and 40 minutes on side streets...I drive if that wasnt obvious lol

45-50 minutes ..... 5 min. walk to the LIRR ... then the subway and walk a half a block to the office....not bad!

Two hours each way! (worse - when there are delays). I travel by LIRR and subway.

about an hour.I take the LIRR from Lynbrook than walk 6 or so blocks from Penn Station to my office.

It depends if I stop for coffee or not. 15min tops it is exactly 5 miles from my house.

If I can commute with FH, then it's 45 minutes. But normally without him, it's 1 hr and 20 minutes. I hate it!
