I have been on the pill (different ones, now Ovcon) for 11 years!
Mine just gradually dimished to the point where I could care less if I ever had it again! and I know that wasn't normal for me!!

I'm on the pill (Ortho Novum-yes the dinosaur of BC pills). I've been on it for years.
Britt, you want to talk about Dinosaur of Pills. I am on Triphasil and Dr Bravermans office said I am the only patient left that takes that. Don't even have samples to give me It works and I get no reaction, so I am not changing

yasmin for me....it lowers my sex drive...but sex with condoms makes both of ours non-existant!!!

ME TOO!!! Karen teases me every time I'm in there about my fosil of a BC pill
She telle me I'm the only one in the office on it and the reps don't give out samples of it. She had me try Estro-step and it didn't agree with me. Went right back to old reliable...if it aint broke don't try to fix it

I've tried them all, several pills, the patch, the ring, depo and hated them all. The best pill (loestrin) gave me a shortness of breath problem which was probably a blood clot but it magicall went away once I quit taking them, yasmin gave me lasting issues that fh hates to this day although I've been off it for a year. The patch gave me rashes (and yes I switched sides every week) I got a nice trail around each patch so you could map the sites from month to month. The ring...eww is all I'll say on that one and depo was a month nightmare. We use condomd for the most part now and we've used them while I was on BC for years now. Fh can't wait to get rid of them after the wedding.

as most of you know i'm waiting until marriage yep still a virgin but once we're married i'm not sure i will go on the pill my cycles are already screwed up as is yes i know TMI and i dont want to take the chance that it would make it worse, esp. with all the my stomach issues and meds i have to take.
