We already live in an apartment. After the wedding we'd like to buy a house, but we'd also like to find a unicorn. I don't think either is going to happen any time soon!!

You just made me cry from laughing so hard! That is how we feel to, so we are moving out of state when I have my degree..but who knows..I hear the market is going to change, and housing is going to be more affordable again..

First of all: Second, I heard the same, prices should level out, then you only have to worry about the absurd taxes...
