I was living away at school for my freshmen year. I had just gotten out of a all male High School and I was in a school with 5 to 1 female to male. It didn't work out so well.. my grades only about 2.7.. I needed a 3.0 to keep my scholarship. I had people come to visit me who got into a major fight. All in all,, even though there were great times... everything was a freaking disaster.
I decided to leave in February. Well.. my last night there was so great. No, I didn't get the girl I drooled over.. but that's OK.. she showed up 15 years later.. but I digress...

Anyways.. we started drinking around 6 and went for dinner. Then after dinner, we headed for the girls dorm.. Now in this dorm.. guys were not allowed up passed the first floor. So in order to get around this.. we crawled along the floor in front of the guards' desk and snuck into the elevator.
We then just went from room to room.. drinking beer and partying. When it was late in the night, we decided to head back to our own dorm. We all got down in the elevator and prepared to crawl right by the desk again.
Unfortunately when the door opened, there was this elderly guard standing right in front of us. One of us jumped up and hit the close door button.
For the next 2 hours we snuck into any girl's room that would harbor us. Many times we were almost caught. I heard my RA and the female RA of that dorm and she was threatening to call the police.
We decided to split up and the guy who went on his own was quickly caught.
We hid in showers and ran the water.. pretendng that there was a female in it.
We hid in hall-way closets.. one of the guys had to relieve himself.. due to all the beer.. I was grossed out but I laughed quietly.. (Hey I was only 18. LOL)
Finally we found a good friend who let us in. We looked out of her window and saw a landnig about 15 feet down.. From the landing.. it was a 12 foot jump to freedom.
We took their bedsheets and tied them together as we scaled down the wall. The girls were really cool to do this.. and a number of them steadied the ropes as we crawled out the window and down the wall.
We all reahed the landing.. and after a 12 foot jump we had escaped. It was fun.. exciting and scary. I'll never forget it.
That was probably the highlight of my living away at college career! (Now I'm sure there's much carzier than that.. but it was fun to share!)
