so ladies, I'm gonna go to a few more dress stores next week and try some more dresses on (depending on how my back feels)... but I'd like some options to work with...

so here's what I'm looking for:

TIGHT bodice, BIG skirt, strapless... semi-sweet heart top... embroidery.. very regal looking- all for under $1200...

so all you dress-pros, anyone have any ideas you can suggest. please post a pic or a link.

yea, I've tried on a bunch of Mary's.. my 'backup' dress is a mary's... I love it in pics, but on me- not so much.

This dress is really pretty and is $1100? Oleg Cassini for davids bridal.. I felt like a princess when I had it on.. just wasn't for me



the bodice is super fitted and has a small sweetheart neck..

Have you looked into pronovias dresses? They are beautiful, well-made and in your price range. I got mine atthe Pronovias store in NYC and it was the best experience. I loved my consultant and the store!
