I can finally play! Here's me in the dress the day I bought it. That's not the veil I'll be wearing, although I think I am going to go with something similar in length. Please exuse my silly looking faces. I was rather stunned by the whole dress buying experience!

Pickles... yep, it's Anne Barge. First one I tried on and fell in love!! 18 gowns later, it was still the only one I was in love with. I literally cried everytime I put it on. We're making a slight modification to the back so it comes down lower, and to the bodice so it works better with my proportions. I cannot wait until it comes in.... JULY!

Your dress if fabulous. I saw it all over in mags on models and thought it would look silly on a real person, but turns out it looks great. I never would've thought....good for you for being courageous and trying something outside the box!

Thanks so much! To be honest, when I saw it on the rack of dresses the saleslady chose for me, I thought 'No way!', but as soon as I tried it on, I cried. I knew it was the one. Sooooo different than the image I had in my head for myself. Funny thing... I went to another salon after trying this dress on and without telling the saleswoman anything she said, 'I have the perfect dress for you, hang on' and proceeded to choose the exact same dress! Plus the place I ended up purchasing it at calls the dress 'Belle' which you might notice is my screenname! Some things are just meant to be.
