What extras did everyone get? I got the butlered hors D'oeuvres, the ice sculpture, the piglet and the carving station oh and the Parisian Dessert Platter. I'm thinking of upgrading the dinner menu from the 4 choice to the 6 choice, does anyone know how much extra this is?

i don't know but when i booked my hall last april i did not get anything........i am going to meet with antonio and talk to him...........!!!!!

i got the ice sculpture, i got 2 carving stations( i didn't pick them yet) i got the upgraded fish for the cocktali hour(whatever the highest one is minus the caviar)full v-hour w/ candy apples. we got the 6 choices( wanted to upgrade and put the sea bass on it but i didn't think it was that big of a deal we got the chair covers,2 bridal suites.

do you remember how much you paid for the butle hors d'oeuvres?? Whats a parisian dessert platter???

I think changing the menu from 4-6 is about $2-5 extra per person. I cant quite remember. Our BM gave us a price with 4 and then we changed. This was last yr in feb. so I dotn remember what the price difference was. We got the VH also.. I might add the ice sculpture, we also added the Spanish Sauteed Station for the CH.

What is the Butler hors D'oeuvres for, the CH or reception>

pasta course
carving stations
passing of hors dorves
hot seafood station
shrimp display
special italian cocktail thingie lol


vienesse hour
& i cant remember waht else..lol

Hey girls! I just found this thread so I wanted to say hi! Getting married 10/7/06. Can't wait!!

We added on a bunch of extras but I don't even remember them all. Haven't looked at it in a while! I know we added the carving stations, pasta station, shrimp cocktail, hot seafood...hmmm that's all I can think of right now. We're doing the 6-choice menu. Oh and most important, the Venetian Hour!!!

I'm researching hotels right now. We're going to have a lot of OOT guests. Aside from the Inn at Great Neck and The Andrew Hotel, does anyone have any recommendations? A nice place reasonably priced? Let me know if you do! TIA!

I think it was an extra $2 per person but I am not 100 percent positive.

THEY TOLD ME $3 A PERSON WE SKIPPED IT, AND I AM GLAD WE DID IT WAS NOT NEEDED
