Let's talk bachelorette parties

So... what did / are you ladies doing? My MOH (cousin) talked to my mom and asked what she should do. She had some sort of idea (I don't know what) but then my mom asked what I would like. I just said I would want to know the date so I can prepare and dress accordingly but I won't want to know what we are doing until we get there. I had said dinner would be nice but then after dinner I don't know what there is to do.

So... what's your plans?

I am leaving in 19 days for mine in Vegas! I am so excited. It will be so nice to have a vacation with the girls! We plan on going to the pool during the day and clubs at night. I'm soooooo looking forward to it!

1. Wine tasting for day on North Fork, have limo that takes care of everything.

2. Dueling Piano's in NYC

3. Tony n tina wedding

4. My Italian Jewish wedding

5. Atlantic city

6. Vegas

7. Rock Climbing/day at Chelsea pier

8. Weekend at Fire Island/Hamptons

9. Diiner and B'way show

10. 80's prom

we're doing a few hours at the spa and then goin back to my apartment for a 'slumber party' (passion party) ;)

My MOH is coming from Boston, FSIL is coming from NC, and a very good friend is coming from DC and we're going to go out on a Saturday night to McSorley's in the East Village. I already told my favorite bartenders there when we'll be coming. (I love those guys -- I spent lots of nights there during law school.)

We might go out to dinner before or after at a local place in the East Village too so we'll see. Maybe Banjara (an indian place i love!) -- I don't have a cab or anything scheduled. We'll see if we're going to have more than 4 of us, but probably we'll just call a cab to take us back to Brooklyn at the end of the night.

I would love to do an overnight at a hotel but I don't know if these ladies' wallets can afford it. I am trying to be considerate.

Here's another question... How many girls did you/will you have? I made a list and came up with about 12.

I'm inviting 12 (plus me) but expect it to be 6 or so. I'd be happy if it's just 4 of us!

All the girls from OOT are going to stay at my apt which will end up being like a slumber party!

my moh's so awesome! i know my b-party is june 14th and it's a sunday brunch and spa day :o) i'm SO excited!!! i don't know any details but i know i'm getting an amazing pedicure and doing some reflexology! i don't know where it is or what it will be other than that BUT i am so excited to do it!

we are going to a concert this weekend! but i dont know who or anything more than that... i do know its just my bridal party though, 6 of us total. 2 of my sisters are under 21 and i wanted something fun they could be apart of too

One of my BM cant make the concert and i know she is planning a night out (i live in boston.. so cant help you there) with a bunch of our friends up here for sometime in july.

We got rooms in the Hamptons for a weekend...we'll do cas dinner on Friday night, beach during the day on Sat, dinner and out on Sat night and then beach on Sunday...if the weather is ehhhhhhhh we'll probably do a spa day or something!

It's either going to be low key wineries/dinner, or 80's Prom and Lips...depends how adventurous I feel. First I wanted low key and the BP was pushing the city, then I kinda warmed to the city and now they're into the wineries....who knows what it will end up being!

We went to a spa in the city and had manis, pedis and 50 min massages (soooooo goooooood). Then we went to dinner at LIPS. It was a relaxing and fun time

We're doing wineries and dinner and then whoever wants to sleepover afterewards. I invited about 12 people but I think I will wind up with about 7 or 8.

Fire Island by boat for dinner and drinking. Then back to my house (my parents) by boat for one last slumber party.

we're doing dinner at Planet Thailand 212 in manhattan, then Hunkmania @ Duvet and then we're either gonna stay at Duvet or try porky's down the block....
