Let's talk CLEANING SUPPLIES! I am CLUELESS!

In honor of our VERY FIRST SHOPPING EXCURSION FOR OUR NEW HOME!.....

What do you use for what???

IE: Pine Sol for floors. 409 for counters, etc.

Lysol- cuts grease and disinfects
Clorox bleach cleaner-

These two products will have your new place glowing with cleanliness!

Clorox bleach cleaner-

I used this stuff all the time also. Works great. I also use Oxyclean A LOT, for little stains on the carpet. For floor I was buying Mr Clean Apple Fresh floor cleaner. Smells good and cleaned great.

I use Lysol spray cleaners to disinfect, Scrubbing Bubbles with bleach for the shower (with a scrubby thing--does not do much by itself or just with a sponge...).

Bleach, bleach, bleach works the best...Obviously you can't use it on everything, but on things you can use it on, USE IT!
Murphys is good for wood products...

Clorex toilet cleaner
Comet for your bathroom sink
tub and tile cleaner for your shower

my FAVORITE smelling disinfectant is FABULOSO.. it's purple liquid in a clear bottle.. if you can find it .. it smells so goooooood!!

brillo for those icky hard to scrub pots and pans

Soap for your dishwasher/dishes

A mop & a bucket

..thats all I can think of now.. Have fun shopping!!

Lysol spray for the garbage can between bags

Lysol Basin Tub and Tile or with Bleach

Clorox bleach pen

swiffer dusters

swiffer (floors)

Hoover floormate

fantastic wipes (quick clean up)

zout for clothing stains

fabric softner mixed with water to get hairspray off counters

lemon juice in a bowl nuked for a few seconds to de-stink the microwave

baking soda and vinegar to clear out clogged drains

Queen of Clean book!!!!

I know Eckard and King Kullen dont carry it..

Now I want to go home and clean so I can smell it... mmmmmm it has such a clean fresh smell.. like clean laundry.

I suggest Bar keepers friend for stainless steel sinks. Can get it at home depot.

I also use febreez
multi surface windex
tilex for the bathroom
Clorox ready mop or swiffer- you have to get this esp if youhave hardwood floors.

Bruce's floor cleaner for hardwood floors. I love that stuff! We get it at Home Depot.

It's for cleaning soap scum, etc. off of shower tiles and the bathtub.

Ohhh...let's not forget a squeegee for the shower doors (if you have them) and windows, as well as outdoor glasstop tables!

(Hmmm, I wonder if the guy is included! He can clean my shower anytime! )

Counters/fridge/stove - I like Formula 409

for floor (linoleum) I use Clorox.

For wood floors I use a swiffer and sometimes vacuum if it's dusty in areas I can't get the swiffer to pick up. I also like orange scented swiffer but it can make the wood floors slippery

For bathroom tiles - Formula 409 or Clorox with Teflon
For toilet/tub/floor - Clorox
