Let's talk tats

So DH & I are looking for a great tattoo artist who can do a very intricate, detailed SMALL tat. The ring finger... We don't want to just have names, we want it to be a design. But we also have to be able to cover it up with our wedding bands, so it's gotta be tiiiny.

Anyone know of a GREAT artist who specializes in detail?

My fh gets all his work done by Garrett at Lotus Tattoo in Sayvile. However if you ever want any tattoo to looked really good with design it has to be big, otherwise over time it will look like poopie. Garrett is amazing. I could def send you some of my FH work and you can see for yourself.

We were gunna get them done on the HM... first in Mexico we just simply did NOT want to get it done there and then in Hawaii we got rejected 3 times because the artists all were divorced with that tat Soooo we figured we'd stick with NY It'll be Dan's first, he's scared sh!tless

You may have a hard time getting ring tattoos. I've been told the skin doesn't take it well (I tried to have this done several years ago). You might be better off with a small design on the top only, depending on how wide your rings are. Anil Gupta does the most incredible miniature work I've ever seen, including ******** reproductions. Prepare to drop some serious $.

Edit: they ***'d out 'f i n e a r t'. ?????
