Did anyone block rooms there? How has your experience been? Who are you working with?
I had some issues with them, like wrong 800 in my contract only to realize this after I sent newsletters to all OOT guests. I am now working with the Director of the location so I think everything will go smoother now. Just curious if this is an isolated incident.

I booked just a room for us, but I just did it through the website, like I would for a vacation. I thought it might be too far, too $$$ for guests.

I'm using them for my OOT guest and I'm actually staying there the night of my wedding. Were also having a brunch the next day as well.
I used Dominick Tenelli & Nicki.. so far they have been fantastic with everything.. I have no complaints.

we just had a block of rooms there for our wedding. 13 on friday and 23 on saturday night. everything went perfect!!! i never had any problems. i dealt with Carmella the whole time and she was wonderful.

i stayed there on my wedding night and the day after and they were great. they sent us champagne and strawberries and upgraded us to a larger suite.

I guess it's just my luck. I was never assigned an event manager at the location until last week and I signed the contract in Feb! Now I am working with Nicki Hendricks.
