LI Sound Showcase tonight

Ok here goes the second try...)


Was pretty good!! It really made me happy to see what they could do and get to meet my MC!! (We also, ahem I, added onto our package after seeing some of the things they could do!!!)

I wish, I always seem to be working the closing shifts when there are showcases I want to attend. There was one last night I wanted to go to but I was working late...

i feel you but for me it is always class like i want to go to the one at fox hollow in March but I have school

I was there!! I booked them and couldn't be happier (if feels so good check another thing off the list). My FH was the middle guy dancing :)
Gina, it was so nice to finally meet you!

We saw them at the Marriot last month.
Met with them two weeks ago.

FH liked them but there were some things on the price sheet that didnt make sense to him.

We will keep them on our list.

i wish i knew other girls were there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

um I LOVE LI SOUND i booked already, but wanted to go again to see everything and have my parents see...

my mom liked it so much that she agreed to pay for a steel drummer during CH, in addition to our percussionist, 2 lighting packages, party props, etc... so im SO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh, and Jen, I got Jules for the percussionist, the one from last night, he is by FAR the best one!!!!

We already booked with them too but wanted to go and see the add on stuff...I added Jules onto our contract too..We saw him and HAD to have him...We also added on Gene Santini (the singer), its going to be a surprise for my family during dinner!!


Where were all of you girls sitting? I was in the back corner of the room with Shawn...I won a coupon for naming the Frank Sinatra song (which the so nicely honored for me!!)

i think his name is Howie? thats the guy the owner is trying to get for us. he plays in a band that travels the world though so as long as he isnt traveling in feb we are having him. i think he plays for blue oyster cult or something???

We ended up with Jules (i think thats his name) He kinda from a distance looks like a really skinny version of the lead singer of my chemical romance, just a little tiny bit...But he can def play those things!!!

that's jules....hes in blue oyster cult and usually does summer tours...so im gonna be keeping my fingers crossed for a LONG TIME cuz he doesnt find out his schedule til 6 months before...but this year he said hes not leaving til June for the summer tour, so hopefully he wont leave til after May again next year!!!

my dad and FH LOVEE Gene, and my mom hated it....so we're not getting him :( although at that point i might as well throw in a saxophonist and floutist, and pianist too!! LOL we went so overboard w/DJ stuff

Yea we really went more than we wanted too...But after seeing them last night we had to have them, there was no question!!!

i live literally 7 minutes away, so that's why i went for the 2nd time, and its so convenient for when i go to finalize everything we want in the package, and w/marco (hes our photog) when i picked up our e-photo proofs, and for everything else that ill have to do...very convenient!
