Hello ladies! My name is Meghan and I'm new to the boards. I've been lurking for a little while but I decided to finally take the plunge and introduce myself. My fiance popped the question on December 7, and we just picked our wedding date (Sept 20, 2014). We're in the very beginning planning stages - we've only picked our venue and date so far. We have a DJ in mind thankfully, a friend of a friend. But I have no idea where to go for flowers and photography/videography. Any recommendations?

I appreciate the florist recommendation, Alyssa. I will definitely look into them. And yes, Jason's Vineyard is one of the most beautiful ones in that area. The caterer that does events there is really awesome too, and the food is YUM.
LOL @ Kim - that is weird how many similarities we have wedding-wise. I see you picked East Wind, that was actually our second choice! If we hadn't been able to get our venue and catering costs down a bit, we probably would've ended up there too. Small world!

Congrats and welcome! Sorry can't be of much help suggesting vendors, I haven't started looking for any yet.. A lot of girls have posted good recommendations on this website though, might be something to look into..
