I've noticed alot of vendors soliciting on the board. Isn't this part of the "don't's"?

I think that you have all just taken this a bit too far! Everyone on this board has the option to read what she/he chooses to read. As far as vendors advertising- it's just part of the reality of the internet. Am I the only one who gets e-mail from advertisers? Don't get me started on banners! I don't really understand why this has received the most attention of anything on this board (or why I even demean myself by joining into this banter), especially when everyone seems so anxious to plan their weddings! This is a great time in my life, and I for one am going to enjoy it. It only happens once!
I have been on this site for about 5 months, and in that time I have seen no reason why Mark should be attacked. His comments have been nothing but helpful.

The comments of one do not speak for all of us - at least not me :-). No need to defend your position on the site. It's a shame when names get dragged into controversy they are no part of.
