Am I able to return jewelry for a refund? I went a little crazy at a party my MOH hosted last month and I need the $ more then all the jewelry lol.

I think you can within a certain time period (I want to say it's 30 days). Anything past that you get a credit.

I actually am a LS adviser. You can return them for a refund up to 45 days after purchase as long as you have the receipt. It's all on the back of the receipt. After that you can return it for a credit for a lifetime as long as you have the receipt (the white piece of paper that you got with your order, not the one that you got when you placed it that day).
If you don't have the receipt I say keep it and give them as gifts to people. Then you just save money later down the line.
